What change do you want to see? Any good ideas?

Here's something that will be very evident next semester, the parking problem on campus. I have a great idea. Since we don't have enough land, how about building a parking garage? Every fall new students crowd the campus, leaving no parking spaces for the returning students. With student population on the rise, this problem will become even more unbearable. How will we pay for it? After calculating building costs, using students wherever possible to offset expenses and provide valuable experience, funds should be allocated from the state, since a portion of our taxes go to the school already. Any ideas on how to solve this problem?
